  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and reimbursement processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
