Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert reimbursement support to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims and benefits inquiries.
- Manage a large caseload of patients, prioritizing tasks and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and reimbursement processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
