Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at London Drugs. As a key member of our Loss Prevention Operations, you will be responsible for monitoring company locations via remote systems and providing exceptional customer service to internal customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect Company Assets: Safeguard all company assets and reduce losses through proactive measures.
  • Remote Monitoring: Monitor designated company locations via remote systems to ensure security and compliance.
  • Dispatch and Support: Provide dispatch information to emergency responders as needed and offer support to internal customers.
  • Incident Reporting: Prepare and submit incident reports and evidence packages to meet company and legal standards.
  • Compliance Audits: Conduct daily assigned compliance audits to ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Telephone Interviews: Conduct telephone interviews to gather information and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Possess a current provincial security worker license with a security guard or security monitor designation, as well as First Aid and W.H.I.M.I.S. training.
  • Technical Skills: Have a basic working knowledge of computers, networks, and security systems, including CCTV, remote video, and access control.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Understand criminal code sections applicable to Loss Prevention and protocols pertaining to evidence collection and handling. Possess working knowledge of retail loss prevention and security practices.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrate ability to adhere to business phone etiquette, maintain a professional demeanor in critical incidents, and provide instruction and guidance as needed.
