About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Support Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Patient Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects and cases with precision and attention to detail.
  • Implement call-centre programs, including telephone support for patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies.
  • Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, and patient follow-up.
  • Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals.
  • Document each activity in program-specific databases.
  • Participate in ongoing refresher training and specialized training courses for specific products or programs.
  • Provide feedback on current protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, and program-trained staff regarding case management during foreseen absences.
  • Contribute to the training process of new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring.
  • Report all Adverse Events to assigned units or departments.
Requirements
  • Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, typically obtained through completion of a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service.
  • Bilingual (French/English) skills.
  • Ability to multitask, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical field.
  • Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry.
  • Working knowledge of automated warehouse operating systems.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Programs.
