**About the Role**

You will be part of a creative and exciting team at Solutionsft that will leverage the latest rendering technology to deliver a state-of-the-art visual system and introduce innovative capabilities into simulation products.

As an experienced rendering developer, you will bring your industry experience to develop the next generation high-fidelity visual system and synthetic environment for flight simulators.

The ideal candidate is passionate about working in technology and games, with a strong background in software engineering and a keen interest in rendering techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop core rendering features, engine components, and tools to enhance the visual quality of simulation products.
  • Research and implement innovative rendering techniques to stay ahead of the curve in the gaming industry.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation.
  • Develop and optimize rendering techniques to push the boundaries of visual quality and realism.
  • Optimize rendering engine performance for real-time operation while maintaining high fidelity realism.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements in the field.

**Requirements**

  • BS or MS Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a rendering engine programmer with a strong track record of writing maintainable code.
  • Excellent 3D math skills, knowledge of cutting-edge rendering techniques, and understanding of current graphics hardware, APIs, and shader programming languages.
  • Strong software engineering principles and practices.
  • Experience working in a cross-disciplinary development environment with excellent cross-discipline communication skills.
