- Client Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement, loyalty, and retention, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Event Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate in-store events, classes, and workshops, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance assessments, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive individual and team growth.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence business partners and drive results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Competitive Compensation: CAD$53,200 - CAD$66,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
