Reports To: Manager, Terminal Operations
Shift: Evening - 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities- Lead and promote a safety-focused culture.
- Manage a team including warehouse employees, office staff, and drivers.
- Complete daily yard checks, temperature checks, and trailer staging with proper documentation.
- Oversee Fleet & Fuel Maintenance daily.
- Plan outbound trips based on departure schedules and specific trip requirements.
- Responsible for key metrics such as costs and load factors.
- Implement and maintain Cold Chain Assurance programs.
- Develop talent and provide leadership to team members.
- Collaborate with Transportation, Linehaul, and Warehousing to meet daily objectives.
- Implement KPI's for customer service objectives.
- Monitor service levels and make continuous improvements as needed.
- Minimum one year of experience in a leadership role.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Degree or diploma in Operations, Logistics, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership abilities and commitment to continuous improvement.
