Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

AB. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Authorize Payments and Order Merchandise: Process payments, manage inventory, and order merchandise to maintain a well-stocked and attractive store environment.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal customer service.
  • Sell Merchandise and Prepare Reports: Engage with customers, promote products, and prepare sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Customer Issues and Organize Inventory: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and maintain a well-organized inventory system to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring they work together effectively to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential.
