About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC - B85. As a Shipping Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fulfillment center, working closely with operations leaders and associates to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate instructions to associates, motivate them, and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve results and support the growth of our fulfillment center.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of shipments, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays, to meet the needs of our business.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Flexibility to work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required.
