Retail Store Manager

At Alberta Ltd. o/a Petro Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored, and that merchandise is properly displayed and rotated.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied with their experience.
- Operations: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and store operations.
Language: English.
Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Term: Permanent.
