Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks

Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our business development initiatives.

Staff Recruitment and Management

Recruit, hire, and manage a team of professionals to support our business development efforts.

Enquiry Response

Respond to enquiries from members of the business community regarding development opportunities and provide expert advice on procedures and requirements for government approval.

Market Research

Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, as well as conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.

Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote industrial and commercial businesses in our region.

Feasibility Studies

Develop feasibility studies to evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals and provide recommendations for improvement.

Database Management

Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell Internet sites to support our business development efforts.

Presentation and Communication

Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to promote our business development initiatives and provide expert advice to stakeholders.

Business Planning

Develop and implement business plans to support the growth of industrial and commercial businesses in our region.
