Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at 1494473 Alberta Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales tasks and duties to team members
- Order and manage merchandise inventory
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
- Supervise and coordinate team activities
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
