Job Title: Service Delivery Team Lead

At National Bank Independent Network (NBIN), we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Service Delivery Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of customer service to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Service Delivery Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the brokerage administration support services offered by NBIN, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Act as the first point of escalation for client issues, providing prompt and thorough resolution
  • Assist with the interview process for new Account Manager hires, and lead the employee onboarding process
  • Provide coaching and training to Account Managers on NBIN policies, procedures, and systems
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure effective communication and delivery of services
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • Three to five years' experience in a brokerage or service role
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) an asset
  • Strong understanding of the brokerage administration support services offered by NBIN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
