Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Coast Canmore Hotel and Conference Centre.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Disinfect and clean bathroom and kitchen areas
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and other supplies
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver cleaning equipment and supplies
