About the Role

Erie Shores HealthCare is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team as a Locum Anesthesiologist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery, obstetrics, and other medical procedures.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during surgery.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Provide pre-operative assessments and post-operative care to patients.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education activities.
Requirements
  • Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
  • CCFP (FP-A) or FRCPC certification.
