Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Financial Operations
    • Oversee the financial accounting and reporting process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment and collection of invoices
  • Financial Leadership
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvements

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • CPA designation or equivalent
    • 10+ years of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling and analysis
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
