Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests through engaging interactions and adherence to service protocols.
  • Provide insightful answers and recommendations regarding menu items, beverages, and other offerings.
  • Prepare both hot and cold beverages in accordance with company standards.
  • Accurately input information into the point-of-sale system.
  • Oversee food quality and presentation to meet established standards.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with both food and service.
  • Address guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the grab-and-go area, ensuring all materials are organized and tidy.
  • Adhere to merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing procedures for grab-and-go products.
  • Be attentive to special requests, including dietary restrictions.
  • Efficiently complete opening, closing, and side duties while prioritizing safety.
  • Comply with all food safety regulations and practices.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned or necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a barista role is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong focus on detail and cleanliness.
  • Genuine passion for customer service.
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and sales aptitude.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with guests.
  • Experience in a similar setting is an asset.
  • ProServe certification is a plus.
