Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director, Product Lifecycle to lead all aspects of our Sustaining Engineering program in maintaining and enhancing our existing product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Strategic Plans
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and processes for sustaining engineering activities, including the product maintenance portfolio management, change management (ECR/ECO) and release to production.
Contribute to the Strategic Roadmap
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap with R&D and Product Management.
Oversee Product Maintenance and Enhancement
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing products, ensuring they meet quality, reliability and performance standards.
Lead Sustaining Engineering Activities
  • Act as primary contact for sustaining engineering matters with internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with R&D Program Teams
  • Partner with R&D Program teams to ensure smooth implementation of new products in production.
Lead Product Lifecycle Management Software Implementation
  • Lead the Product Lifecycle Management software implementation initiative.
Oversee PDM Systems and Processes
  • Oversee the PDM systems and processes through the various databases, including the ERP and PLM.
Maintain Comprehensive Documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all sustaining engineering activities.
Implement Sustaining Engineering Performance Metrics
  • Implement Sustaining Engineering performance metrics.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sustaining Engineering or a related field
