Site Manager

Job Summary:

Bouchier is seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our CNRL Horizon, Common Services Site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly, scheduling employees, organizing training sessions, and conducting performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce workplace policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure compliance with time and budget constraints
  • Meet quality standards
  • Audit progress of ongoing projects
  • Review work orders, invoices, and packing slips
  • Inspect job sites to ensure conformance to established worksite policies and practices
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in oil sands and light civil construction
  • Extensive industry knowledge and expertise
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Class 1 or 3 license is considered an asset
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
  • Previous experience managing 200+ employees is an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience with Maximo is considered an asset
