We are seeking a highly motivated and independent sales professional to join our team as a Window Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering in-home sales presentations to homeowners, showcasing our premium window and door replacement products.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners to deliver product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes.
- Embody honesty and integrity while employing a value-based selling process to close sales.
- Work closely with our design consultants to ensure customers have all the information they need to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- 100% commission structure with uncapped earning potential.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours to appointments.
- Ability to carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
- Capable of navigating applications on an iPad.
- Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process.
