KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee project execution in partnership with the Project Manager while supporting the team.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulations, requirements, and processes related to land acquisitions, permits, and third-party applications.
- Ensure adherence to client quality control measures and implement best practices.
- Conduct thorough reviews and audits of the complete project lifecycle and regulatory documentation.
- Prepare documentation for both Freehold/Private lands and Crown land acquisitions, including necessary regulatory support and client packages.
- Update client reporting and project tracking tools, assist with client communications, and participate in client meetings.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to guarantee precise project documentation and execution.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Surface Land Administration within the energy sector, with regional experience in Alberta and British Columbia considered an asset.
