Business Development Manager Job Description

ComForCare Home Health Care - Kitchener/Waterloo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Kitchener/Waterloo market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, and senior care facilities
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities, including governmental contracts and facility programs
  • Collaborate with the ComForCare Corporate marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Manage marketing operations and assist with office operations as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business development or relationship management role, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the senior care market and healthcare system in Kitchener/Waterloo is an asset
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle, as the role requires frequent travel within the city
