About the Role

RVS Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 16-20 security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of security guards, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing their duties effectively.
  • Security Operations: Oversee the day-to-day security operations, including monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and conducting regular patrols.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to security guards to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, security guards, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
