About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Instructional Designer to join our Academic Services team. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and enhancing our curriculum, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and adult learning principles.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Develop innovative instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Review and update existing curriculum to reflect industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of assessment tools and evaluation methods.
  • Stay abreast of current educational technologies and trends.
Your Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of instructional design principles and a passion for education.

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and educational technologies.
