Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Gate of India. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, physically demanding, team player, time management.
