- Address and resolve challenges and disputes with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure product quality aligns with technical standards and client expectations.
- Evaluate progress, timelines, risks, and critical milestones in collaboration with project managers and clients.
- Formulate strategies aimed at enhancing product delivery and customer experience.
- Engage in business development and proposal efforts.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive operational efficiencies and boost customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-regional business processes and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, project management, or business administration.

- Demonstrated capacity to engage personnel and meet objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
