About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at C DeVin Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Prepare layouts and measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Instruct apprentices and supervise other workers
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade
  • Carpenter Trade Certification
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a physically demanding environment
