- Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets to drive business growth

- Team Management
- Attract, retain, motivate, and inspire a team of Project Leaders
- Coach team members to develop their commercial acumen and build strong relationships with clients

- Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand services in the local market and develop innovative strategies to achieve annual growth targets
- Collaborate with leaders across the business to secure new opportunities and optimize resource allocation
- Quality and Culture
- Implement a culture of quality and excellence in all aspects of business operations
- Work with team members to develop their experience and achieve professional growth
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership and business unit growth, preferably in professional services
- Professional industry credentials or MBA (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
- Experience managing a portion of a high-growth P&L to Plan
- Clear understanding of a professional services business model, including workforce composition and resource management strategies, risk management strategies, and commercial strategies
- Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to successfully lead teams and develop/implement operational plans for corporate initiatives
- Leadership experience in the diversification of a business and the development of new market opportunities
- The ability to project and maintain a positive outlook, demonstrate an energetic disposition, and motivate teams to achieve business growth ambitions
- An established network of industry contacts and relationships within the region as well as involvement with applicable regional industry and trade associations
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, including a proven ability to write winning proposals and win competitive interviews
