Job Summary:

U-Haul is seeking a skilled Portable Storage Delivery Driver to join our team. As a CCD, you will be responsible for delivering U-Box containers to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a flatbed truck and transport storage containers to and from specified destinations.
  • Load and unload storage containers for delivery, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 3 or D Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean motor vehicle driving record.

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting. You must be able to move a minimum of 50 pounds, assisted or unassisted.
