Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate licensed Electricians to join our team as Heat Pump Installation Specialists. As part of our crew, you will be responsible for removing gas furnaces and installing electric heat pump systems, collaborating with engineering teams to improve the product and streamline the installation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential electric heat pumps
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
- Test electrical systems for functionality and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician or similar role
- FSR designation a plus, but not necessary
- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: $45.00-$55.00
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday
