Job Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Welding Operations Supervisor to oversee a team of welders, ensuring the production of high-quality products in an efficient and timely manner. If you possess a solid background in welding supervision and are ready for a new opportunity, we invite you to explore this position.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to interpret both metric and imperial measurement systems
  • Proficient in reading structural blueprints
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in supervising welding personnel
  • CWB certification for welding carbon steel FCAW/MCAW at 3mm and above

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee assigned manufacturing team members to ensure product quality, efficient work practices, and timely completion of work orders
  • Identify, propose, and implement enhancements to boost productivity and quality, minimize costs, and reduce scrap and rework
  • Recruit, train, develop, and assess staff while establishing performance benchmarks
  • Weld steel beams to construct frameworks for building projects intended for transport to various locations
