Welding Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to oversee a team of welders and ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and on time. As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing assigned manufacturing team members, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of welders to ensure efficient work habits and on-time completion of work orders
- Identify and implement changes to improve productivity, quality, and reduce costs
- Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff, setting performance standards
- Weld steel beams to create structures for building construction projects
- 5 years' experience supervising welding staff
- CWB certified for 3mm above flat/horizontal carbon steel FCAW/MCAW
- Ability to read in both metric and imperial systems
- Ability to read structural drawings
