Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at AIMS 5 HOLDINGS INC.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Ensure that all food safety and handling procedures are followed, and that staff are trained in these procedures.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform other physical demands of the job.
Working Conditions:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physical demands. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Food Service Supervisor will work 30-40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
