As an integral member of this team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our RE/RA technology solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including:

Business Solutions Ownership & Support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all RE/RA applications, providing expert-level support to internal and external users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standardized processes for RE/RA application management.
Product Roadmap & System Management
  • Work closely with the Product Lead to support product roadmap initiatives, including system integrations, platform enhancements, and new acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with SOC 1 protocols and maintain accurate records for all relevant reporting activities.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor the Real Estate help desk team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Business Development and Client Integration teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Continuous Learning & Innovation
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in the RE/RA space.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving demands of the role.
