Job Title: Real Estate Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Analyst to join our team at NOVA SCOTIA LIMITED. As a Real Estate Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing a company's financial records to assess its competitiveness or market value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial records to assess market value and competitiveness
  • Review and analyze data such as subdivision, water and sewer plans
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends and conditions
  • Provide recommendations to management on real estate-related matters
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
