We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for negotiating payment arrangements on all credit products at various stages of delinquency, reviewing files, and taking appropriate actions based on known risk factors.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to resolve delinquencies and maintain customer relationships.
- Review customer files to identify risk factors and take appropriate actions to mitigate potential losses.
- Update files and systems relevant to telephone conversations and actions taken.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Previous collection/credit experience and/or call centre and banking experience is an asset.
- Must display a high professional manner, along with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
