Implementation Specialist

Job Overview
The Implementation Consultant plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions from sales to implementation and go-live for our clients. This position requires strong relationship management skills, discipline, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned implementations and projects, fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Sales partners to gather necessary information, including technical requirements, to facilitate successful implementations.
- Develop detailed implementation documents to ensure a smooth transition process.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline the implementation process.
- Drive a consistent, high-quality experience for clients throughout the implementation process.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience prioritizing team and client needs above personal goals.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building strong partnerships.
- Disciplined, self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and/or software implementation, preferably in the Talent Acquisition industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
