About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain Portfolio team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting portfolio management, transformation, and operations for Upstream Supply Chain and Global Fulfillment Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Build and maintain reporting for portfolio leaders and department leadership team, implement enhancements as requested by leadership, and support ad hoc reporting and insight requests as needed.
  • Program Budget Management Support: Monitor and analyze financial reporting for portfolio, review data, investigate and validate forecast spikes, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and verify weekly timesheets for all team members, follow-up if necessary, and run reports in time tracking software to ensure contract and FTE resources are submitting and approved timely and accurately in accordance with PMO guidelines.
  • Portfolio Transformation: Support the team in transitioning to a new budget management tool (SPM), become a subject matter expert on how to use SPM, and support in training project managers as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as CS/CIS, finance, business administration, or other related field.
  • Experience: Experience working with or in a technology organization, specifically driving communication and delivery strategies from either an agile or project level.
  • Skills: Well-versed in all Microsoft Office tools, with a skillset in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience creating deliverables for communication.
  • Personal Qualities: Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life, possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results, communicates with honesty and kindness, and leads with courage.

  • Competitive Compensation: The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - $91,700 annually, with a base pay offered based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
