Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10272230 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
Language: English.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
