Job Summary:

VCA Canada is seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Neurologist to join our esteemed team at VSCAN in Ottawa. As a key member of our neurology and neurosurgery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients and their owners, performing a diverse range of procedures, and collaborating with a board-certified Anesthesiologist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and provide exceptional service to clients
  • Perform a variety of procedures, including imaging, myringotomy, CSF taps, epidural injections, and other related procedures
  • Collaborate with a board-certified Anesthesiologist and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct thorough medical procedures and provide compassionate reviews of medical procedures and potential outcomes with clients
  • Mentor and guide the next generation of neurologists
  • Efficiently complete medical records and prepare referral reports on time
