Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Neurologist to join our esteemed team at VCA Animal Hospitals in Ottawa. As a key member of our neurology and neurosurgery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our patients and their owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a diverse range of procedures, including imaging, myringotomy, CSF taps, epidural injections, and other related procedures
  • Deliver compassionate care to patients and their owners, including reviewing medical procedures and potential outcomes
  • Collaborate with a board-certified Anesthesiologist as part of our team
  • Mentor and guide the next generation of neurologists
  • Efficiently complete medical records and prepare referral reports on time
Requirements
  • Board Certified or Residency Trained/Board Eligible in Veterinary Neurology
  • Strong relationships with clients, team members, and the referring community
  • Ability to thrive in a team committed to continuous learning and growth
