Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team at Canada Golden Foods Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance programs, inspecting processes, and overseeing production to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Inspect processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee production operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Design and implement plant layouts and production facilities to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Develop and carry out health, safety, and fire prevention plans to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety training programs to educate employees on safe work practices and procedures.
- Develop and implement manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support business decisions.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- A permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.
