  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide expert coaching and mentoring to our athletes, helping them to improve their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff to ensure a smooth and successful program.
  • Program Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and improve our programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our athletes and align with our organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree in a related field (e.g., sports management, coaching, education).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in coaching or leading competitive sports teams.
  • Skills: Excellent coaching and leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
