Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales workers to meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and procure merchandise and supplies to meet customer demand and maintain a well-stocked store.
  • Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
