Your Responsibilities:
- Loading various grades of sand onto transport vehicles as required by service providers in the oil and gas sector
- Unloading sand products from transportation vehicles and/or railcars, ensuring proper storage in designated bins
- Weighing all vehicles before and after loading and unloading processes
- Inspecting and maintaining all equipment related to terminal operations, including lubrication and other necessary upkeep
- Reporting any concerns or potential hazards to the Terminal Manager and/or HSE Manager
- Ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations, procedures, and standards by all visitors and drivers on site
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking inventory
- Coordinating with other teams on location
- Adhering to the Source HSE framework, utilizing and inspecting all required personal protective equipment (PPE) for safe operations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Willingness to engage in tasks beyond regular duties as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, fostering a respectful workplace culture
- Capability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug, alcohol, and fitness assessments
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel

Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with wheel loaders or railcar operations is advantageous but not mandatory
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated annual income ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, including overtime and regional incentives
