Position Overview

  • Staff Training: Train team members in their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Resource Management: Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to quality control standards.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare budget estimates and cost analyses.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary reports regarding operations.
  • Work Schedule Management: Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervision

You will oversee a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work effectively under pressure. The position involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with extended periods of standing and walking.

Employment Details

This is a permanent position, requiring a commitment of 35 hours per week. The working language may be either English or French.
