About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food and beverages are served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items to order, including sandwiches, salads, and soups
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
    • Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
    • Follow proper food handling and preparation procedures to ensure food safety
  • Inventory and Stocking
    • Receive and stock inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
Working Conditions
