Job Title: Diagnostic Radiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team at Ottawa Hospital and Region Imaging Associates.

Job Summary:

The Diagnostic Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting medical images and conducting diagnostic procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret medical images, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Conduct diagnostic procedures, such as biopsies and injections, to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on diagnostic findings.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Medical degree (MD) or equivalent.
  • Completion of a radiology residency program.
  • Board certification in radiology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
