Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Dartmouth location. The ideal candidate will be someone who drives for results, has a history of uncovering new business opportunities, and provides outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular contact with key customers via email and telephone to ensure their needs are met.
  • Visit with customers as required to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain customer contracts and work closely with the Projects and Quotation teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals with assigned accounts by generating demand for Rexel products and identifying business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate technical data and advice to customers to support their electrical needs.
Requirements
  • College diploma (or equivalent)
  • Proven client service and commercial and industrial sales experience (4-5 years)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build/maintain effective relationships
  • A track record of achieving sales targets
  • Computer literate in a Windows environment
