Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Edgewater Plants Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and organized.
