Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dana Pani Indian Cuisine Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run efficiently and effectively.
Manage Food and Kitchen SuppliesRequisition and manage food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality food and service to our customers.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop our food service staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
Lead and Manage a TeamLead and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of our food service operations.
Prepare and Manage ReportsPrepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
Communicate with CustomersAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
